Marina Ballroom

Grand events deserve a grand setting. The Marina Ballroom offers 2,700 square feet and can accommodate up to 200 guests. This beautiful room is artfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and 11-foot ceilings for an expansive sense of roominess.

Hawthorne

For larger business meetings, seminars, social events, and small conferences our Hawthorne Room offers 1,836 square feet and can host groups up to 150.

Sauvie Island I & II

Why settle for one room when you can have two? Our two Sauvie Island Rooms open up to one another providing 836 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 60 people for important conferences or social events.

Sauvie Island I

Have a group of 20 people or less? We have the perfect space. Our Sauvie Island I Room offers 374 square feet of space, making it ideal for intimate business meetings and small social gatherings.

Sauvie Island II

Ideal for small-to-mid sized business meetings and social activities, the Sauvie Island II Room can accommodate 35 people in its 462 comfortable square feet.

The Foyer

For the event before the event we have a lovely prefunction lobby called The Foyer. It's located just outside the ballroom and is ideal for receptions, registration and coffee breaks.

Riverview Courtyard

We can't take complete credit for how totally amazing our Riverview Courtyard is. We need to give some serious props to Mother Nature on this one. Step to the edge of the courtyard and you'll be treated to a stunning view of the marina and river, making it a wonderfully romantic space for receptions and wedding ceremonies, but also perfect for everyday events like cocktail parties and company get-togethers. Bring up to 150 of your closest friends and revelers.

Ross Island Private Dining Room

We're serious foodies here, so naturally we think wonderful food makes every event better. For groups of 30 or less, our Ross Island Room is located just off Three Degrees Waterfront Bar and Grill and is ideal for small parties and private lunches or dinners.
