Portland, Oregon’s premier waterfront hotel
Exhale. Smile. You’ve arrived. In our humble opinion, everything’s better when done near the water, and we covet our address as downtown’s only riverside hotel ( view map ). While many of our hotel’s communal and private spaces grant delicious water views from inside, our proximity to a Willamette promenade makes it easy to get outside and travel along the riverbanks—at any pace that suits. Lounge in your room or in one of our charming rocking chairs to watch the dragon boaters glide by. When the weather cooperates, consider getting out onto the water, whether in a solo kayak or a larger chartered boat.
A Short Walk from Tom McCall Waterfront Park
Adjacent to the hotel, you’ll find Tom McCall Waterfront Park, currently home to the seasonal Saturday market plus annual events like the Waterfront Blues Festival, Oregon Brewers Festival 9, LGBTQ Pride Festival, The Bite of Oregon Festival, plus many Rose Festival events. With history dating back to the 1970s, the park was initially known as Harbor Drive Park but later revamped through the visionary efforts of Oregon's Governor Tom McCall.
