Join us outside on King Tide's patio. A special seasonal pop-up concept from Peruvian-born Chef Alexander Diestra. Named in honor of Chef's hometown outside of Lima, Callao features dishes that embrace Nikkei-style fare, an established part of Peru’s eating culture that utilizes traditional Peruvian ingredients prepared through a Japanese lense.

Chef Alexander Diestra brings over 18 years of experience to his role as Executive Chef at King Tide Fish & Shell and an expertise in blending flavors stemming from various American, Asian and European countries. Guests of King Tide Fish & Shell can look forward to a menu highlighting farm-to-table dishes with hints of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine prepared with local, sustainable ingredients.
