COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Welcome to Kimpton RiverPlace hotel. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Oregon. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $25 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • Unlimited local and long distance calling
    • 10% off overnight parking
    • In-room coffee/tea
    • $10 credit for honor bar/gift shop items
    • Access to onsite fitness room (by appointment only)
    • Complimentary in-room Staycast Streaming services

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service is available in the hotel living room daily from 6am-10am. Can't get out of bed without your morning joe? We've got you covered! All guest rooms are equipped with a coffee maker for your convenience.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room or in one of the socially distanced seating areas in the hotel living room. Visit the front desk from 5pm – 6pm nightly.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services are currently suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $41/night.
  • RV parking is not available.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Please contact the hotel front desk if you are in need of a contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at (503) 410-3633 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Grab and Go items from King Tide Fish & Shell are available for purchase daily at the Kimpton RiverPlace front desk.
  • King Tide Fish & Shell is open for breakfast + dinner with dine-in, takeout and delivery available. View Hours and Menus.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is not currently available.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? For your safety, we have stocked up our ice chests on floors 3-4 and equipped them with touchless hand sanitizer stations nearby.

Fitness Center:

  • For the health and safety of our guests and employees, our fitness center is available exclusively by appointment. Please see the hotel front desk to sign up.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently available for limited guest use. All high touch items are sanitized before and after guest use. Printing services are also available through the business center.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell + Valet services are available on a limited basis.
